We want you to love your Locream™ experience.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly help you with a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.

  • Refunds are not available for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Due to hygiene and food-contact reasons, used products may not be eligible for return.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
