If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly help you with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are not available for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Due to hygiene and food-contact reasons, used products may not be eligible for return.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
